Welcome to our troubleshooting resource. This guide will help if you're experiencing technical issues with your rented BMW GS motorbike or want to understand potential problems you might encounter.

If You Experience a Problem

Stay calm. Try to recall as many details as possible about what happened before the issue occurred, then contact our support team.

Common Issue: Motorbike Won't Start or Loses Power While Riding

Possible Causes:

1. Insufficient Battery Power - The motorbike's battery doesn't have enough charge

2. Empty Fuel Tank - The motorbike has run out of fuel

3. Dashboard Failure - The dashboard doesn't activate when you turn the ignition ON

Solutions:

1. For Battery Issues: The most common cause is charging system failure (damaged regulator or stator/generator). As a temporary fix, you can exchange batteries between motorbikes. The permanent solution requires replacing the charging regulator, stator, and 12V battery.
   
   

2. For Fuel Issues: If you've run out of fuel, the dashboard will display a fuel indicator warning. Obtain at least 2 liters of petrol (95 or 99 octane) and proceed to the nearest gas station to completely fill the tank.
   
   

3. For Dashboard Issues: This is typically caused by insufficient battery power. If the dashboard turns off while riding, you'll need to replace both the battery and generator. Also verify that the power supply connector behind the dashboard is securely connected.
   
   

Prevention Tips:

• Do not leave the engine idling when you're not actively riding the motorcycle

• Always use only the ignition key to turn OFF the engine properly
